Licensed Acupuncturist
Nathalie Dahouas, L.Ac.
Nathalie is a board-certified licensed acupuncturist who is passionate about helping her patients live life to their fullest potential and achieve optimal health. She received her Master’s of Acupuncture with a Chinese Herbal Specialization from the esteemed Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, Colorado. Her training includes over 3,000 hours of classroom instruction and clinical experience. She believes in a patient-centered approach and provides personalized care and attention through individualized assessment and diagnosis.
Nathalie’s passion for acupuncture and Chinese medicine developed in her early 30s after suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) stemming from early childhood trauma and navigating her youth in the foster-care system. After years of cognitive behavioral therapy and not attaining the full desired results, she decided to explore healing through acupuncture. After three treatments, Nathalie noticed remarkable improvements. Her anxiety and sleep paralysis subsided along with improvements in her emotional clarity and overall sense of well-being. Experiencing the benefits of acupuncture first-hand assured her of the effectiveness of this ancient healing medicine. This inspired her determination to share its therapeutic influence by becoming a practitioner of the medicine.
Nathalie is a native of the Carolinas and has since made Colorado her home. She is a proud mother to her son Justin and dog mom to her mini Australian Shepherd, Pepper. When not sharing her passion for acupuncture with clients, Nathalie enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, backpacking, snowboarding, and immersing herself in the beauty of the Colorado mountains.
